VERY professional to work with - when the print arrived bent from mishandling in the mail, Ashley was more than willing to resend a new print, and did so quite promptly. I'm thrilled with it! Thank you!

Shop policies

I started my shop with the intent of making one-of-a-kind items. I know how much I appreciate hand made accessories to brighten up my outfits and home, and think most feel the same. Are you a unique seeker? This may just be your perfect shop.

I have a wide variety of quickly changing interests. I also learn by making something over and over. So what you see may be a pretty random assortment of things, but it shows my latest venture.

Accepted payment methods

I only accept Paypal. If payment is not received within 7 days from time of purchase your order will be canceled and re-listed. I will not cancel until sending out 2 Conversation notices to you through etsy.
I ship USPS with standard first class shipping. If you would like to receive a tracking number, please message me at the time of purchase and we can arrange a small additional shipping fee. Prints are mailed in with a piece of cardboard to prevent bending. All other fabric items are sent with padded envelopes.

Local customers may have shipping charges subtracted from their final price. Just convo me and I will either reserve the order for you without shipping cost or refund you through your paypal account.

All items are shipped within 3 business days of payment date unless otherwise noted.

I often sell items through other means (craft shows, personal transactions, etc) and reserve the right to cancel your order within 24-hours of your purchase if I have sold the item through a venue other than etsy. I will gladly exchange your purchased item with something else in my show. This rarely happens, but please be aware that it is a possibility.

If an item arrives damaged, I request a picture of the damaged item to be sent to me. If my shipping is the cause I will refund your money or send you a replacement if it is available. However, I cannot be blamed for a print that was bent in half to fit in your mailbox by your mail carrier. If you find your item like this in your mail I do not hold myself and my packaging method accountable and will not refund or replace your item. I would appreciate honestly if this is the cause of your damaged item.

Thank you for understanding all the shipping policies. It is definitely not the fun part of selling items on etsy, but it is a necessity that you understand my policies if an issue does arise.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. However if you are not pleased with the handmade quality your purchase (excluding prints) please do the following. After sending a photo of the item and a description of why you are not satisfied, you and I will come to an agreement of whether the item can be remade and resent or be exchanged for an item in the shop of equal or lesser value.

Some items do get lost in the mail. If an item has not arrived within 14 business days of shipment I will either refund your purchase or send you a replacement if it is available.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do accept custom orders. If ordering multiple prints please contact me with items you intend to buy and I will bundle them together reserved for you with the adjusted reduced shipping charges.
