I am so very happy with my purchase and the experience all around. Not only did Sarmite go out of the way to create a custom purchase for me but it arrived via mail to Ontario all the way from Latvia in time for Christmas (with time to spare!). My Mother requested a handmade pair of mittens foot Christmas, and they had to be orange. She is going to be so surprised and thrilled when she receives her gift. It is so special to have something handcrafted. When I received the mittens I of course tried them on before wrapping them, lol. The quality and craftsmanship surpasses 5 stars as does the service.
