No, unfortunately. As an Etsy seller, I cannot control the post or my vendors, and sometimes things get stuck or lost in the mail or can take a while to make. Order things well ahead of time if you want the item for a big event such as birthday or holiday.

Please be aware that custom orders are limited to two changes before being billed for further changes. I understand you want the perfect shirt, but often without the limit, some people will take advantage of this and ask for 6 or more changes, which can take up valuable time and amounts to me working for free.

Custom and personalised orders are not refundable.

It depends on the item and the level of work involved. If a lot of work is involved in this, be aware that I, too, am a spoonie, so I will need to charge a fee set at my discretion. Some items, however have colors that can be changed relatively easily, and therefore will be free of charge.

In some cases, the color change cannot be accommodated at all, unfortunately.

I work with several print and jewelry manufacturers to bring my designs to life. As such, the vendors are located all over the world, but in most cases, items are available to be shipped from the UK, EU or the US. If they only ship from a certain region, I will make this clear on the listing.

Some items are only stocked in the United States, which make them very expensive to ship overseas. I have chosen to stock them because I think they're adorable and great quality, however, I have no control over the postage price, unfortunately.

Sometimes faulty items slip through quality control, and it totally sucks. If you've experienced this, please send me a photo of the item and I can replace it. Please NOTE: THIS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER.

Please understand that, unfortunately, I cannot just take your word for it that the item was damaged.

Sorry about that. That's an issue with creating the shirts in the first place. Some shirt styles only go up to 2XL, but most go up to 4XL or 5XL. Message me if you want a shirt of a bigger size.

You have within 14 days of receipt to request a refund. However, refunds will not be given unless the item is sent, at your expense, to me. Upon receipt of the item, I can issue your refund.

I can see when your item was received via tracking, so I will have to operate on a strict policy in regard to this.

If the item has already begun the manufacturing stage, unfortunately, this is not possible. At this stage, you can return the item to me at your expense within 14 days of receipt and then order a new item or choose a refund.

If the item has not begun being made, yes, I can cancel and refund you.
