Announcement   I specialize in revamping old things into funky, fresh, and creative products you can wear, use in your home, or give as gifts. I'm also a knitter and an artist, so you'll see hand-knit and hand-painted items here as well.

All of my jersey scarves and accessories are created from recycled t-shirts, so know that when you purchase one of my up-cycled products, you're helping keep the world a little bit cleaner. The same goes for all denim items for sale, which are crafted from recycled blue jeans. The majority of my items in my store are up-cycled, with the exception of some of the art and knitted items.

Since all of my products are handmade, I'm often able to customize your order. Contact me if you have special requests or if you don't find exactly what you want. I'm happy to work with you!

About

It all began with a passion for re-loved items.

HOW IT BEGAN
I've always been intrigued by products that have been made from something else. Belts from used tires. Notebooks from expired license plates. Scarves from old t-shirts. These items have a history, as if they've lived a secret life before that we can only guess at. I love imagining where they've been before.

My shop began as a combination of this love for repurposed items and an ingenuity to see what lovely things I could create without purchasing new materials. There is enough trash in this world already, so why add to that problem? Instead, I aim to rescue things that are destined for the landfill and give them fresh, new lives.

A LIFESTYLE OF REUSING
Whenever possible, I reuse and recycle instead of throwing away. This means that I save and reuse packing materials and boxes for many of my shipments. I will never compromise the protection of an order, and sometimes that means I do have to purchase bubble wrap or new boxes. But more often than not, my orders go on their way wrapped in love and reused packaging. This is just one of the small ways I've found to make less waste.

SUPPORTING A LOCAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION
As of January, 2017, 50% of all of my shop's profits now go to support Branch 15, a local nonprofit organization. Branch 15 is a transitional home for women in Oklahoma City who are coming out of difficult life situations and seeking to become independent, whole, and fulfilled members of the community.

Thank you for purchasing in my shop and supporting this wonderful cause!
