Frequently asked questions
Decal Personalization and Custom Sizing
There is no additional charge for slight sizing adjustments of decals or Personalization of designs if it is a simple addition such as a name. If the design needs major customization then there will be a slight increase in the price of the decal.
Decals over 24" x 24" - Multiple Pieces
We do our best to make sure that the decals are one piece but any decals over 24" x 24" may come in multiple pieces. If it is in multiple pieces there should be a slight overlap of approx. 1/8" where they connect.

Mockup Variations / Decal Dimensions
Due to limitations of ETSY we are unable to include a picture of every variation/color of every item. We are limited to including 10 pictures so we try and choose the most popular color combinations. If you would like a mockup of a certain color combo please message us and we can create a mockup for you.
Most of our decals are custom or personalized so the dimensions can change based on the text that is added. The listed size is for the longest side of the decal. If you would like the exact dimensions of any decal you can message us and we can create a mockup for you.
Returns
Every item is custom made to order, so we do not accept returns of items unless the item arrives damaged. If any item is damaged in transit, please contact us and we can send out a replacement of the item.
Personalized Decals / Mockups
We will email you a mockup of the decal with dimensions if it contains any personalization or changes from the standard design. Please contact us if you would like to make any changes but if we do not hear back from you within a day or two, we will send it as it was in the mockup. If the decal does not contain any personalization we do not usually send a mockup and will send the decal as it was displayed in the listing.

Indoor Wall Vinyl - "Removeable" not "Moveable"
Indoor Removeable Wall Vinyl is easily "removeable" but it is not "moveable". It is less adhesive than standard vinyl which uses a solvent based permanent adhesive. Indoor Vinyl has a water based adhesive, so it can easily be removed if needed, but you will not be able to put it in different location.
Shirt Brand and Quality
Unlike a lot of other shirt printers we do not use the low-cost, stiff t-shirts. We only use high quality, lightweight, super soft Next Level or Bella+Canvas Jersey T-Shirts.
