    Returns and exchanges
    If there is any problem with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must be preapproved before you send them back to me so PLEASE email me before shipping.

    Payment is required at time of purchase and must clear within 24hrs. At this time, I accept direct checkout with major credit cards, Paypal, and Etsy gift cards.
    Shipping
    All items will be shipped via USPS First Class to US addresses only.

    Ready made items will be shipped within 3 business days of payment.

    Custom made orders will take on average 1-2 weeks before shipping. This is based on the time of year and amount of orders that I'm working on at that time. Please email me to check on current estimated shipping time. Otherwise, I will contact you once your order is placed to let you know a more precise project completion and shipping time.
