5 out of 5 starsThe sage bundles are absolutely beautiful. They are a work of art, almost too beautiful to burn. The thought and care that went into the creation of this product is obvious. The combinations of flowers is visually attractive and smell incredible. I was impressed with their size. They are larger than any sage bundles that I have found elsewhere. I will not buy sage anywhere else. ❤️

5 out of 5 starsThis lives on my nightstand. I work with children and wash my hands constantly, causing severe dry skin. The constant washing combined with winter leave my hands chapped and my knuckles cracked. I have tried every possible lotion over the years with little relief. Since using the ginger whipped shea butter, I wake up to baby soft hands. That and the fact that it smells amazing would more than enough reason for me to buy this product again. I have rheumatoid arthritis which causes the joints in my hands to ache. I wake up with stiff achy fingers. Frequently asked questions
Do you offer delivery or pickup for local orders?
I do offer pickup for local orders. (Those in NC within the 919 area code)
You may either email me (uppereshealon@gmail.com) OR text me (919-502-1148), to make arrangements.
I offer a discount code for these local orders, in order to avoid unnecessary shipping costs, if items are not being shipped. All orders must be paid for through Etsy, PRIOR to processing and pickup.
My butter melted during shipping. Should I throw it out?
No! Please don't throw it out. The consistency will be different but the product is still useable. Simply cool it down in the refrigerator and you may rewhip it if a fluffier texture is desired, or you may use it as is.
Contact me right away if this is the case. You can email me a picture of the product and we can make arrangements for a discount on your next order.
Are your skincare products safe to use on my baby?
I'm no doctor but yes! I've been using them on my daughter since she was born. If you are concerned about any allergies or use of essential oils, please consult your family physician.
Can I use Shea Butter on my hair?
YES! Shea butter is an amazing moisturizer and a natural conditioner. Works wonders in softening loose hair. Using Raw Shea can cause build-up on locs, so only use on your new growth and not on the length of your hair. Using Whipped Shea can be used on locs in moderation due to the other plant based oils that are whipped into the Raw Shea Butter.
Are your products cloth diaper friendly?
Yes. I cloth diaper my baby and we have never had an issue with build-up.
TIPS:
▪Use a thin layer of product on babies bottom.
▪Be mindful of the detergent you wash with and use a bamboo liner if you are unsure or want to be extra cautious.
Are your products allergy friendly?
That depends on your level of sensitivity. If you have any uncertainties, please consult a physician prior to using. All ingredients are listed!
Why is shipping so high?
I use USPS priority mail so that you can receive your package within 2-3 days. The post office sets the prices for their flat rate boxes. That is what I typically will use for shipping, in order to properly insulate or protect your products from damage during shipping.
When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed. All products are handmade in small batches for quality and consistency. I will send a tracking number to you before I leave the post office.
For waist beads, please allow for 7-14 business days for your personalized design to be created. Thank you❤
Please note that I am NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages, OR packages sent to the wrong address. Please double check your information when entering your mailing address to avoid any mix ups. Most packages come with insurance from the post office so, please contact your local post office with any delivery issues.
