Urbandesigncustoms is a new unique brand producing fashionable interior accessories for home & work spaces. We keep our collection fresh by the use of vibrant colours mixed in with modern designs. Dilla Hamid, Founder of urbandesigncustoms is a self-taught Designer, fell in love with design at the age of 15, working with and always engaging in artistic outside of work activities as a way to express her creative side. This is her first official venture starting with a range cushions that will make any space pop, all of which are handfinished/printed in house - London W1. They are available custom-made too, because to us, style matters, & unique spaces just got personal! Time to get inspired.

1. When will my items be shipped?

United Kingdom: Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of cleared payment.

We only use royal mail first class recorded delivery.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. We use International Signed For : Rest of the World & US min 5 - 7 days, maximum 10 - 14days process to clear.
Europe (other): approx 3-5 working days.

Before ordering, please check with your country vat custom policy as we are not liable for any additional customs charges levied on goods.
Refunds and Exchanges
We offer 7 day return policy from date of receipt if the product is faulty or not met the required standards/ have been misrepresented. Simply return items to us via royal mail first class recorded (Other Recorded mail services for International) along with original packaging and proof of purchase.Please note that during the refund process postage & packaging will not be refunded. Once we receive the item, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund.
