It's pretty simple. Everything in my shop is handmade to order by little old me. My turnaround time is within two weeks of cleared payment. I will post in my shop announcement if I am experiencing delays so you will know before you order. If you know you need something quickly please convo me BEFORE you order with your timing request and I will try my best to work something out. If you order first and then let me know that you need your order rushed I may not be able to get it to you in time, and I just hate disappointing customers!
