We currently accept PayPal and all major credit cards through Direct Checkout. Payment is due at the time of transaction. If payment is not received within the first 24 hours of the order, the transaction will be canceled and all items will be re-listed. An order cannot be canceled or changed once it has shipped.
*ORDER PREP TIME: Orders are processed and shipped out through the United States Postal Service (USPS) within 2-4 business days upon receiving payment. The customer will be notified via email when the order has shipped.

*WHERE WE SHIP: We ship both domestically in the U.S. and worldwide. Please check to confirm that the address you have on file is accurate, as orders will be shipped to the address listed. If you would like us to ship to a different address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and provide us with the new shipping address. Shipping information cannot be changed after this 2 hour period. Please keep in mind that shipment arrival times can be unpredictable during the holidays. We recommend that you request a Priority Mail Upgrade to ensure faster delivery.

* DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS: Orders from within the U.S. will take approximately 5-10 business days to arrive after it is processed and shipped. Tracking is automatically included with each domestic order.

*INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Orders shipped internationally may take 2-5 weeks to arrive (depending on each country's postal service and possible customs delays). Please understand that we cannot be held liable for unforeseen delays due to the USPS, the weather or each country's customs. The customer is responsible for any customs fees/taxes that may be applied to international orders. Since tracking is not included for international orders shipped through USPS First Class Mail, we cannot be responsible for lost/stolen packages. We recommend that you contact us via Etsy Conversation to add insurance to your order or to request a Priority Mail Upgrade for an additional fee.

*PACKAGING: All jewelry items are packaged in a cotton-filled jewelry box and mailed in a poly bubble mailer for extra protection.

*LOST/STOLEN ORDERS: We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders. We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance, especially if your order is $50 or more.
Refunds and Exchanges
EXCHANGES: If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. Exchanges are not allowed past this time frame. Earrings are final sale for sanitary reasons. Please do not mail the item back until you receive an exchange confirmation from us. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

RETURNS: Most pieces are made to order, so returns are not accepted. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly do an exchange (please see above information about exchanges). Please carefully read item description, measurements and materials and contact us if you have any questions BEFORE placing your order. We will do our best to answer any questions or resolve any order-related issues!

SIZING: If your jewelry does not fit properly, we are happy to resize it for you. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost (to ship back to us as well as for us to ship to you). Not all jewelry can be customized.
