Home decor, photography, hand-created gifts and organic jams, along with an assortment of accent antiques and furnishings await your browsing.
As an ecologically responsible shop, we offer products that incorporate the principles of repurposing, recycling,and reducing. We also use a variety of eco-friendly materials such as upcycled wools; bamboo, wool and cotton yarns; cotton fabrics.

All purchases are shipped in recycled packing materials.

Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
We package items carefully but should your item be damaged in shipment please notify UrbanMarkt immediately and we will work together to resolve the issue.
Antique/vintage items are unique and may be hard to replace, but we will do our best to find replacements, or issue a refund.
Refunds are available for damaged items. Customer must substantiate evidence of loss with pictures.
Please note thatUrbanMarkt will NOT refund your shipping cost unless the item has been insured, and we can recover that cost.
Insurance is automatically added to the cost of shipping for fragile items within the US.
RETURNS: For returns on non-damaged items the customer will pay the return shipping, and MUST contact UrbanMarkt within 1 week of receipt of item to notify us of return. Refund will be issued when item is received by UrbanMarkt.
Payment
A shipping notification will be mailed to your email.
Please notify UrbanMarkt of any important deadlines.
Money order or personal checks are also accepted forms of payment. Urbanmarkt will ship items within 48 hours after confirmation that the money order or check has cleared. Insufficient checks will be returned to the customer and you are responsible for all ancillary fees.
Layaway/Reserve: Here at the market we are happy to place special items on reserve for our customers.. Please convo us and we will discuss your needs and solidify our arrangement. PLEASE communicate with UrbanMarkt if you choose not to follow thru with your reservation of an item, so item can be re-stocked on our shelves.
Shipping
Shipping insurance and upgrades are available upon request..Please let us know if you would like to upgrade your shipping to priority and we will re-calculate the shipping estimate.
Purchases made thru paypal are generally shipped within 48 hours..if we can not meet that deadline, you will receive an email with an estimated shipping date.
We offer direct shipping to a recipient other than the buyer...please let us save you precious time by doing your shipping.
