Returns and exchanges
I guarantee my work. If you are unhappy with your newly purchased item please contact me as soon as possible. I will accept the item in its original condition within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.

I ask that you please pay for your purchase within 3 days of check out. If I don't hear from you within 3 days I will attempt to contact you. If I do not hear from you within 5 days I will cancel your sale and regretfully have to leave negative feedback.
Shipping
To keep your shipping costs low most of my items, both domestic and international, are shipped via the US Postal Service First Class mail. There are times when it makes more economic sense to upgrade to Priority Mail, I will usually note in a listing if an item plans to be sent in this manner.

I do my best to pack my items securely and safely. Packaging varies based on the size, weight and nature of the goods being sent. Please note, ☛ Please note, I try to recycle clean packaging materials when possible.
