I use natural and organic ingredients wherever possible, but will always disclose when there are artificial ingredients. Vegan products are labeled as such and I welcome any questions about my ingredients.
My products are never tested on animals, other than myself and my super-sensitive skin. These products are made in my home, using STERILIZED tools and containers.
Please recycle containers if possible in your area!

I accept payments via Paypal and Revolution Money Exchange (RME). Payment for orders is expected within 3 days of checkout, but contact me if you experience any issues.

I will ship via US Postal Service within 3 business days from when payment is received. Insurance, tracking numbers/delivery confirmation or expedited shipping or shipping via another carrier are available for ADDITIONAL charges. Please, convo me PRIOR TO PAYMENT if you require any of these and I will issue a revised invoice.
I will update the item status as "Shipped" the same day that I ship, so please check that status! If you would like a convo sent when item is shipped, let me know in your order message and I will be happy to do so.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you experience irritation from a product, please discontinue use immediately and convo me for a full refund.
Items should arrive within 7-10 days of standard shipping to domestic customers. If you believe your item has been lost in shipping, or if you received it damaged, please contact me IMMEDIATELY and I will issue a refund. You must contact me no more than 4 WEEKS after shipped date for a lost or damaged item, or NO refund will be issued.
Refunds may be applied to the cost of an alternate product, but NOT towards shipping costs of a replacement product.
PLEASE NOTE that refunds do not apply to products damaged due to melting if shipped during summer months or to warm climates, with prior product disclaimer.

I use both safe synthetic preservatives and natural antioxidants and products are guaranteed to be skin safe if kept at room temperature and stored in their original containers.
