From the forest to the table

Approaching a Swedish method, Urubu's creations are carved by axe and knife within the greatest respect for nature. The craftsman himself harvest the wood in the forest, from a log, a branch freshly broken by strong winds or a tree cut by others. Subsequently, the raw shape of the spoon is shaped with an axe. Then the utensil polished with knives to be finally coated with a quality Canadian hemp oil.

The whole process is in the hands of the craftsman.

Urubu is a homecoming. An ecological quest in a plastic world. A tribute to nature and to a time when we lived more in simplicity.

Unique spoons, relics of the forest.
