Returns and exchanges
I know it can be difficult buying things on the internet, so if you don't like what you get I'm happy to refund you/ give you credit towards something else. I want you to be happy with what you've got! Contact me within a week to let me know you're sending it back, and so long as everything's in the same condition it was sent to you, I'll give you your money back (I can't refund postage either way though, I'm sorry.)
Payment
I accept payment through paypal. If you're in the UK and you want to pay by cheque, that's fine too: just give me a shout before you buy, and I'll adjust the listing. I cancel sales if no payment is received in 24 hours (but I'll try to get in touch with you first.)
Shipping
I ship everything within 3 working days of payment being received, and probably much sooner. If there's ever going to be an unavoidable delay this end, I'll let you know ASAP. I send things 1st class in the UK, airmail abroad (generally it reaches the USA in 5 working days). If you'd like your parcel tracked, I don't mind at all, but I will have to charge you $6 extra, sorry - just let me know when you check out, and I'll send you an invoice (in the UK, $2 extra and I'll send special delivery.) I can't mark things as gifts, I'm sorry, and you're responsible for any taxes/ customs incurred at your end.
Additional policies and FAQs
Everything I make is washable and made to last - serged/ french seamed seams, and good quality materials. I use a mix of new and good-quality vintage and upcycled textiles, and I prewash everything. My clothes tend not to be rigid in terms of size, they normally stretch a bit - I'll give you detailed measurements, and an idea of what size they'd be in the shops.
