The seller does not respond to emails and does not ship in the time designated in the shop policies, both of which I find unacceptable. Shipping took too long, especially considering I live in the same city and had to send an email before the item was even shipped. Not a great experience. I won't buy from this seller again. The product is fine, but I'd rather buy handmade from a seller that actually wants my business.

Lost, undeliverable, or stolen packages are the responsibility of the buyer. Duty, VAT charges and customs fees are also the responsibility of the buyer.

You have 10 days to ship back item at your cost.
Items must be unused and in new condition with tags attached.
Shipping cost will not be refunded.
