    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    • Items on sale
    Returns and exchange details
    Clothing items, unfortunately, cannot be returned if you ordered the wrong size. Please read our sizing chart and measure yourself prior to ordering. If you feel you received a wrongly labeled size, please measure the item. Please refer to the size chart and take photos of the measurement for the chest and length if what you received is different.

    As every item is custom made when ordered, items cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or poorly printed. If there is an issue with your item, please contact us and send us photos. We will do our utmost to help you where we can.
    Payment
    Once orders are placed with my manufacturer, I cannot cancel them. As I attempt to get all orders placed as promptly as possible, I cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled within any specific time frame. If you would like to cancel, please message me as soon as possible and I will let you know if it is too late at that juncture.
    Shipping
    Please include your phone number in the notes section while checking out as our manufacturer requires phones numbers for order placement. Your number may be used to contact you if there is an issue with shipment or customs.

    Most items usually ship within 2 - 3 weeks of order placement and, with standard shipping, usually take 2 - 3 weeks to be delivered. There are occasions in which these times can stretch further, such as when holidays occur, or if there is an issue with shipping in the origin country or destination country. In extreme cases, shipping can take up to 5 weeks, but this rarely occurs.

    Standard shipping does not include tracking. Please use the upgraded shipping option if you need tracking for your order.

    If you do not see your country listed in the shipping profile, we will LIKELY ship to you! We just need you to message us with your full address and phone number so we can confirm shipping costs.

    International shipping charges DO NOT INCLUDE the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes are your responsibility, and must be paid at the time of delivery.
