Amazing! This vintage oval mirror was as lovely as the picture, with a sturdy backing and a string chain. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

This mirror is so unique and beautiful!! So glad I purchased it!! Packing and shipping were great!! Have purchased a few mirrors recently and love that "MIRROR" was written on the front of this one so the carriers would be careful. Thank you for a great transaction and thanks for the lil gift. Was a very nice touch!!

Delivery depends on the size of the item (fully packaged) and its weight. For UK domestic deliveries we use Royal Mail if the parcel is under 2KG and Interlink Express or Parcelforce for anything heavier.

For international shipping - if the item can be packed under 2KG and with a maximum girth of 90cm (e.g. all the sides of the package add up to 90 cm) then it can be sent by Royal Mail Airmail. By default this is not tracked, however for a small extra fee we can send by signed for post.

For anything that does not meet above we will ship via a courier - for the US/Canada /Australia/Asia this is almost always UPS and will be fully tracked. For Europe we use either UPS or Parcelforce.

We package items extremely well - sometimes regardless of how well we package the items do get damaged. Where possible we will insure against damage - however if the item does arrive damaged please keep the original packaging and contact us within 24hours so we can attempt to claim from the courier.

Unfortunately I cannot accept responsibility of items lost in the post (however this rarely happens).
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it (at your expense) within 30 days of purchase. The item must arrive back in the condition it was sent and we will refund you in full (minus any postage costs to send to you).
