o Once in a while a print can get damaged despite the print being in a stay-flat mailer. If this happens, do not worry. Just send me a digital photo of the damaged print and I'll ship a new one out to you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - CUSTOM FEES - IMPORT TAXES
***** Some residents of some countries may be required to pay for customs or import taxes (VATs) before your merchandise you ordered is released to you from the customs department. These charges are from your government and are the buyers responsibility to pay. If you choose not to pay these charges, we will not be offering a refund for your item if it is returned to us. Rather if you want your package resent, you will need to repay the shipping fees.
I am also not able to mark items as 'Gifts' on customs forms so that you do not pay these custom fees.

o Most orders will ship within 2-4 days, depending on volume. Canvas and woodblock orders take a few extra business days to produce.

o A confirmation email will be sent when your artwork has left my studio.

o We take great care in packaging your item. Your art print will arrive in a stay flat mailer in a protective sleeve for all prints up to 11"x14". All prints 12"x18" and larger will arrive rolled in a cello bag and placed in a sturdy shipping tube.

ADDRESSES:
** Please double check the address in your profile so that it matches where you want your order sent. I ship to the address provided in the profile. If the wrong shipping information is provided by the buyer, the order can be reshipped once the original order is returned and the buyer repurchases the new shipping fees.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:
Shipping is by either USPS First Class, or an upgrade to Priority or Overnight delivery if needed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
If placing an order to be shipped outside the USA, all listings currently have First Class International Service. Depending where you are this could take 14 business days or I have had some orders take 6 weeks to arrive. The packages can sit awhile at Customs before being processed. I have no way to control this or track these shipments as the United States Postal Office(USPS) does not give tracking numbers for this service. First class international is the most affordable way to ship internationally.
The other international shipping options are PRIORITY (delivery in 8-12 days, and PRIORITY EXPRESS (delivery in 3-7 days) Priority and Express do come with tracking numbers. Most of the time Priority International and Express International shipping arrive in the window the USPS states. On occasion they do not arrive in the window. I wish I could guarantee these service 100% but I am not able to. It is best to order as soon as you can, to allow extra time needed for the international shipping.

o Work purchased through my site are all copyright protected. I reserve all rights to my artwork. You may not sell, reproduce or alter my art work in any way for profit.

o Wholesale, consignment, licensing and custom work inquiries are welcome.
