Custom ordered items are non-refundable, as each piece of clothing I make is made to your measurements with your color specifications.

I accept payment through Paypal only. If you have an account already, great! If not, you can pay with major credit cards on the Paypal site. I REQUIRE PAYMENT TO BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR PURCHASE ON ETSY. If payment has not been made at that time, and you have not contacted me or responded to me, the item will be relisted on my site. If you find you need to cancel an order, please email me as soon as possible.
