    I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

    Returns and exchange details
    ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and refunds are not accepted unless a seller contacts Vagabondia before with a special concern, in which case refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.

    Vagabondia Vintage asks that all buyers read measurements and condition notes VERY CAREFULLY before purchase. I take time in measuring and noting all noticable flaws, so please respect my time and be sure to know your measurements before purchasing an item.
    Payment
    Payment is due upon purchase, unless paying by check or money order, in which case payment must be cleared before item ships out.
    Shipping
    Orders are shipped approximately 1-3 days upon receipt of payment, unless the shop is on vacation and stated as such for the allotted time. I ship priority within the contiguous US and provide a tracking number, so that means nearly all items will arrive within about one business week of purchase. International orders are shipped first class mail unless otherwise requested, and typically arrive within 10-20 business days, depending on the destination country and the customs policies.

    Vagabondia Vintage does not purchase shipping insurance, unless requested and paid for by the buyer.

    Vagabondia Vintage does not cover customs fees, tariffs, taxes, duties and any other fees for international customers, and requests that all international buyers understand these policies before purchasing. Payment of these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

    Vagabondia Vintage is NOT responsible for the loss, damage or failure to receive an item. Once the package has been shipped by Vagabondia Vintage, it is in the hands of the postal carrier service and therefore not our responsibility. By purchasing our item, you virtually acknowledge that you agree to these policies and it is not the store's responsibility for the condition, time received or delivery of the purchased item.
