Hello, my name is Vaiva, I live in small country Lithuania, small town and small house in Europe Union with my two kids and a cat :)
Wool is part of my life more than 10 years now. And I am proud creator of the first Cat Cave in the world.
I appreciate functional, simple and bright things. That is my main goal when creating designs. I always think about those, who will be using my handmade things, about environment of my customers, their everyday life needs, that is how cat beds and baskets are made. Also I like to consider everybody's individuality- that's why in my shop so many colour options and even you can ask for your own if you will not find the one you need in my shop.
For those, who are searching for cat bed I want you to know, that this original cat bed - cocoon design was originally created by me, VaivaNat and later copied and reproduced by other sellers.

Not with standing the above, I want my buyers to be happy with my items so if there is something you are not happy about for justifiable reasons. I accept Items returned to me with permission and for a period of time NO MORE than 10 days after you have received the goods. PLEASE email me immediately if there is a problem so we can deal with it in a way that we both will be happy!
I will not refund money for any item that has been lost in the mail and you have not purchased insurance for it! Insurance is YOUR responsibilty. Please contact me if You want INSURANCE added - in average it will cost to You about $27.
Payment
Shipping
All items are shipped within 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment (in the event of eChecks, when the payment clears), unless it is a "made to order" item in which case the time period mentioned in the item description should be added.
Packages sent within Europe and to addresses outside of Europe are sent via Air Mail, priority. If sent via this mode packages usually arrive to addresses in Europe within 5 to 10 business days and to addresses everywhere else within 10 to 16 business days.
***These shipping times do not include time in customs and handling by local mail, and even though I always ship promptly DELAYS MAY OCCUR due to issues with these authorities, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances that are beyond my control, so these shipping times may be extended from anywhere to 6 to 8 weeks as a result. Please take this into account.

I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, I cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
► GIFTS. If you'd like to purchase something from my store and have it sent to someone as a gift, I'll be happy to send the item with a small note directly to the recipient. If you'd like for me to do this please mention this in the note to seller.
