I always do my best so that my customers are happy with my products. If, however, something goes wrong, i will be very very sad about it,please e-mail me as soon as possible and I will do everything to fix whatever is wrong and to make sure that once our transaction is complete, you are happy!

I will accept returns within 10 days of receiving the item, provided that item is returned in perfect condition and original wrapping. Extra shipping costs will be paid by buyer. Please consider your purchase seriously !
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns based on customer input errors nor do I hold any responsibility for damage or loss due to improper handling in the postal system.

Accept PayPal only but it is not necessary that you have a PayPal account. When you enter Paypal's site you can choose option ''other'' and pay by card. If I have not received the payment within 7 days and have not heard from you otherwise, I will cancel the order and re-list the product.

Customers in GREECE can also pay by bank deposit. Please convo me so I can give you my account details. Your order will not be dispatched until payment is made into my account. Payment is expected within 5 days if you choose this method, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

I ship immediately after payment is cleared by Priority mail in well protected parcels, bubble envellopes, carton tubes or boxes depending on the item.

Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for damages or loss of your packages during transit unless you purchased insurance for your packages.If you want tracking service or insurance for your parcel please inform by e-mail and i shall advice about exact extra cost.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct ! Please keep in mind that even thought I do my best to ship promptly and pack items carefully, the items become the responsibility of the postal office once I drop them in the box, so transit times and damage after the item is left in the post office are no longer under my control.
