Absolutely gorgeous work! I refuse to even use, its just too pretty! Every time I walk into the kitchen, I smile. Colors are beautiful, bright, and cheery! Highly recommended shop :)

UNITED STATES CUSTOMER PAYMENT METHOD POLICY

I accept PayPal and Etsy Direct Checkout as payment options. If you cannot pay with these and would like to make other payments, please contact me.

DIRECT PAYMENT SHIPPING: I prefer you use PayPal, because I get the funds immediately. With direct payment, there will be a delay in your package being shipped to you, because there is a delay in the funds arriving at my bank account.

PAYPAL E-CHECKS, PERSONAL CHECKS. MONEY ORDERS are not accepted for purchases made from a Buy and Replace Treasury or a Buy and Stay Treasury event. Those events require immediate payment where the money is immediately avaiable to me for immediate use. I am reluctant to accept direct checkout for these events also, because of the delay in getting money, but for now I will accept purchases made thru Etsy direct checkout.

If you would like to make alternative arrangements, please convo me with how you would like to pay, PRIOR TO YOUR PURCHASE.

I will accept United States Postal Money Order Only (because my bank does not process all the various money orders available worldwide)

I will accept a Personal Check with the understanding that it must clear both banks before I can ship out your purchase and not a starter check or a homemade check. It must have your full name and address printed on the check and your phone number can be hand-written. USA Banks Only Pre-approval to pay by check is needed before purchase is made.

I will accept PayPal e-check (must clear before purchase is shipped) , but not if you are paying to buy me out of a treasury game (bns or bnr). Your package will not be shipped until the funds are in my account.

I have no specific way to handle situations where a payment is lost in the mail, or there is going to be an additional delay for some reason. I will decide at the time, what to do on these situations as they or others arrise.

*If you are buying me out of a Buy and Replace Treasury or a Buy and Stay Treasury, I am able to accept ONLY an immediate payment via PayPal. Shipping
The majority of my items are made, packaged and ready to ship. I take pride in quick shipping. I try and ship right away, but shipping maybe delayed due to poor weather conditions. I like to use the PayPal pre~paid shipping labels, as these can go right into my mailbox for pick-up, but on some items I have to bring them to the Post Office. This is done when I go out for shopping etc. at least once a week I go weather permitting. WINTER POLICY...due to poor weather, mailing gets interrupted on occassion and I can't get out to the mailbox or to the Post Office. If there is going to be a delay of more than 5 days, I will convo you and let you know. I try and get things right in the mail, but sometimes we have so much snow I can't get out to do this. This applies to both domestic and international.

I want to get your purchase in the mail right away, in my area they are closing post offices and my post office is scheduled for some change, which may include closing altogether. If that happens I will only beable to ship to a USA only.

SHIPPING PRICES, CHARGES, FEES ETC.

Most of my shipping prices are $1.69 to USA...International I need to give you a shipping quote.


SHIPPING UPGRADES:

Please contact me PRIOR TO PURCHASE, if you would like a different form of shipping. I am happy to try and ship anyway you like, but will have to adjust the cost.
If you forget to ask, I will just set up a reserve listing for the shipping difference, which will include any additional fees.

INSURANCE:
I can only insure USA purchases. International can go global, but the cost is so outrageous. I do not include insurance in my shipping prices, unless the item is not at all replaceable (such as my beaded pincushions), it will say in the description if insurance is included. For USA...please contact me PRIOR to your purchase if you would like to include insurance or an upgrade. If you forget, then a special listing will be done, it will include the cost of the insurance and any additional fees incurred providing the listing, including Etay and PayPal fees.

Confirmation...USA

If I use the PayPal shipping label it will include delivery confimation. It will not include Insurance, unless stated in the item description in the listing.

INTERNATIONAL...we have new prices for shipping effective Jan. 27, 2013 and I am not able to guestimate a price to put in my listings, so you have to contact me first for a shipping price.

All International customers are responsible for any Import duties, taxes or any other charge that may be imposed on the package by your countries Customs Department. Those charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the solely the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying if you have any concerns. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight [shipping] company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges, they have nothing to do with me.
Refunds and Exchanges
REFUND POLICY...USA
If any item is not to your satisfaction, please contact me right away. I do accept returns on some items, but I only payback the original purchase price (not the shipping and handling), you must pay the return shipping postage. If I have grossly misrepresented an item, then I will make reasonable accomodations for the items to be returned. All returns must be post marked within 3 Post Office business days from the original date received. Handmade items are not always perfect. If you are very fussy, then maybe handmade is not for you. Please feel comfortable to ask questions before you buy, as I am more than happy to try and help in any way. I want you to be happy with your purchase. CUSTOM ORDERS: ARE NOT RETURNABLE.


International....I do not refund for lost packages, damaged packages, missing or stolen or other causes that caused you package not to arrive or to arrive damaged. There are no returns for International customers. I have no control over the mail services used to get your package to you. I do package your purchase with the utmost care, but it cannot be predicted how it will be handled or if it will get damaged by machinery along the way. I do not have anyway to track or insure your purchases. If my listing is misleading and you are not satisfied, then you may contact me and we will see if we can resolve any misunderstandings.
