Due to vast difference in printer and print shop specifications, I am unable to troubleshoot printing issues once the final file is sent. If your print shop gives you specific information as to what the issue is, please message me and I'll do my best to help! If you don't know how to print your final file on your home printer, I cannot help with those issues as I don't have the capability to troubleshoot every kind of printer/software issue. Unfortunately no, that option is not available right now. The invitations I offer are intended to be printed at home or at your local print shop, or somewhere like Staples, Office Max or FedEx Kinko's.

Unfortunately not. Turning the PDF into a single JPEG decreases the resolution significantly and it will look grainy and pixelated. But never fear! You can crop the file to a single PDF without any loss of resolution, to use as an email attachment or upload to an online site. Most online printers and electronic invitation systems allow you to use a PDF file.

This is not an option at this time due to the nature of editable invitations.

Due to font licensing restrictions, some text cannot be edited if it's done in a font that cannot be embedded. All the text outlined in RED on the second listing photo CAN be changed. Be sure to double check that the text you want to edit can in fact be edited.

Only text can be changed. Colors, fonts and design elements cannot be changed.

The invitation templates are designed to handle about the same amount of text as shown in the example. If you need to add substantially more text (i.e. five names where one is shown, or four lines of text where only two are shown), please send me a message BEFORE purchasing so I can double check that it will work within the template. I do offer refunds after the fact if the template doesn't accommodate the amount of text you want to include.
