Announcement    Thanks for visiting my Etsy shop. I always wanted to learn to knit because of the beautiful sweaters my aunt made for me as a child. I took a knitting class when i was in my 30s and have been knitting ever since. valleypurl was born a few short years later, and while not intended to become a business, here I am!!

My items are all hand knitted, by me. They come from a smoke free and dog friendly (although no permanent four-legged residents) home. I hope you get as much enjoyment from the finished product as I do in creating them.

Items that are not listed as ready to ship will be made to order and shipped within 2 weeks of order. If you would like something expedited please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. All items are shipped USPS first class. **If you are in the State College, PA area and would prefer local pickup please message me before ordering and I will create a custom listing for you without shipping.

If you like an item and would like to order it in a different size or color, please contact me. I love custom orders and would be happy to work with you to create an item that you will love.
