-All sales are final unless damaged on arrival of the item is not as described. If you recieve your item and simply do not like it I will be happy to exchange it for credit to my shop.
-In case of damage I will pay return shipping.
-In case of exchange buyer will pay return shipping.
-Must contact seller within 10 days of purchase to receive refund or exchange.
-In the case of a custom piece exchange amount does not include non refundable deposit.
-Piece must be in new original condition upon return in order to recieve refund or exchange. If the piece is obviously used the piece is yours and will be returned to you as is.
- Please remember that my pieces are one of a kind if if they are lost in the post most can not be replaced exactly. I will work with you to replace it the best I can or make you a replacement you like or simply refund your money.

I accept paypal payments and personal checks or money orders. Be aware that I will not be able to ship until the check clears which can take up to 3 weeks.

I ship us postal service next day via paypal. Most packages ship out priority mail 2-3 day but to save you money I will ship out first class 2-5 day mail for some packages.

All international packages ship out on tuesday and saturday so if you need it sooner then that please let me know.

If you would like overnight shipping please let me know so I can send you a paypal invoice for the shipping amount.
