Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
The postal delays, failures, thefts, losses or customs problems are uncontrollable by the seller (me).

I don’t hold any responsibility for the following situation to the products:
1> Color difference.
2> Size problem because the customer did not read the description carefully before order. (please pay attentions while you are purchasing)
3> Other problems which are not the fault of the seller.
4> Items have been resold as unfinished or finished products.
5> Items have left from us for 60 days.

If something is damaged during transit, please contact me with a photo of the problem item. Or if there has been a mistake on our part, please contact me as well, i will be more than happy to issue a resend, credit note or refund.
(PS. Express shipping fee is nonrefundable.)

I will happily accept returns for any reason, or no reason at all, as long as you follow these rules;
1> Shipping fees, insurance fees ($2.5), taxes are nonrefundable.
2> Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
3> Items to be returned or exchanged must be sent back in original condition, with the original number of items. Items must be received by me within 7 days of from the date your package was delivered.

All customs duty fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
I accept Paypal only.
Even if you don't have a Paypal account, you can still pay with your Credit Card through Paypal.
If you pay by paypal E-check, please allow 3-7 days for the check to clear before shipment.

Payment must be made immediately upon checkout, if there is a problem or you need more time, please convo me on Etsy to let me know, and I will be glad to work with you if time request are reasonable.

I ship all over the world from Ukraine.
My post office works quickly.
Usually the delivery time from 18 to 45 days.

Every Tuesday to Saturday(5 Times Per Week)(excluding weekends and holidays)

I need 3-10 business days to ship your order, and arrives 2 - 4 weeks or more.
Normally, It is possible not to receive them within 2 weeks (delivery time varies and affected by custom process & post office condition) If you don't receive within 45 days, please convo us.

My father need 1 - 2 weeks to ship some Sterling Silver JEWELRY.


I ship to your ETSY ADDRESS please make sure it is accurate, or let me know right away if it isn't.

International air mail takes about usually 2 - 4 weeks to arrive as i experienced, however, it could take a little longer sometimes.

Orders are not considered "Lost" in transit until the following amount of time has passed:
International: 60 days past shipping date
International ITALY/France/UK/Brazil/Argentina : 70 days past shipping date.

All items are securely packed with bubble-wrap or hard box.
