Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
If you need to make a return or an exchange, please contact us first.
All items in their original condition and packaging can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase. In the case of a return, there is a full refund minus the shipping costs incurred by us.
If there is any concern with anything at all, please contact us.
Payment
Payments should be made within 5 days after order is placed, unless a request for payment extension has been made, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
The items will be shipped within 2 days of payment being received.
Shipping
Please note that items shipped to the USA will take between 5-7 working days to reach you. Shipments to European countries will take between 5-10 days.
Any customs charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
