Over time, with the development of modern industry and production technologies, I expanded my work into small-scale manufacturing while staying true to the craftsmanship that defines my products. Today, some parts of my knives are produced with modern factory support to ensure consistency and durability, but the most important stages — including edge sharpening, handle finishing, detailing, quality control, and final adjustments — are still completed by hand.
Every knife goes through a careful production process focused on balance, sharpness, durability, and comfort. From selecting materials to the final finishing touches, each piece reflects both traditional craftsmanship and modern innovation.
