****IMPORTANT PLEASE READ - I usually ship out in 0-2 business days, custom orders can take longer. If you need a custom order by a certain date please let me know up front.
Shipping times will greatly depend on where you are and what method of delivery you choose. Please be aware that -
- DOMESTIC USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL can take up to 1 week for delivery after its been shipped.
- DOMESTIC USPS PRIORITY MAIL can take up to 5 days for delivery after being shipped.
- USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING times can take 6-8 weeks to deliver after its been shipped.
- INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY can take up to 2 weeks for delivery after its been shipped.
These are only estimates, I have no control over shipping times. I am not responsible for delayed or long shipping times. International packages are considered lost by the USPS after 60 days. Tracking is included with every order. *****

Custom and personalized orders
Yes! I offer custom orders, just hit the custom orders button and I'll be happy to design something just for you.
Care instructions
I use excellent quality leather cord it is often soft and supple from the non-toxic natural dyeing process. If an item gets bent or is out of its original shape all you need to do is gently form it back into shape with your fingers.
All of my styles are very versatile, however I do not suggest wearing any of them into the shower or any body of water for that matter for fear of damaging the integrity of the piece. Pesky rainy days excluded of course.

Gift wrapping and packaging
All of my items come on my logo display card, with rubber earring backers and in a Kraft brown Vault logo gift box. I do not offer wrapping paper at this time.
Wholesale orders do not come with gift boxes unless prior arrangement has occurred.
