1 out of 5 starsThe necklace was broken when it arrived. I have attempted 3 times to contact the shop and have not received a reply. I went to a jewelry store to try to see if it could be repaired and they were unable to fix it because it was so poorly made.

I have messaged the buyer about the delay and asked her if I should post the product to her or just refund her however she never replied to my message. I have even offered her a free headpiece $65 value but she did not reply.
