Refunds and Exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send me a convo with your concerns within 2 days of receipt. Refunds, less shipping, will be issued if the item you received was grossly misrepresented or defective and an identical replacement item is not available.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and we must receive the item before a refund is issued.

Please note, Velvet Bean products are handmade from recycled materials and slight variations will occur. This is accepted by the buyer when placing an order and returns will not be accepted due to slight variations.

As per Etsy policy, payment is required within three (3) days of checkout. Should payment not be received within three days, your order shall be cancelled and the item relisted.

Velvet Bean accepts payments made through PayPal. Payments can be made with credit card, debit card, bank transfers or PayPal balance.

Custom requests and wholesale orders require full payment prior to commencement.

All items are shipped via Australia Post. Price quoted is for shipping via Airmail with an approximate delivery time of up to ten days (10) working days.

Should you require an alternative shipping method, please contact me with your requirements prior to payment.


USPS Delays

Due to recent incidents involving international cargo, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) instituted heightened security measures to safeguard air transport.

U.S. bound international mail and cargo from outside the U.S. may be subject to delays of several days above normal transit times as postal operators continue to make progress in implementing the necessary adjustments to their operations.

The U.S. Postal Service regrets any inconvenience these temporary increases in transit times may create for its customers.
