I accept payment via Paypal to protect both sides incase of items being lost or damaged.

Payment is required within 2 days of purchase.
I aim to post items within 2 working days of the order being placed. Most items are ready to be posted, meaning often they are posted sooner than this.

Standard shipping (within the U.K.) is by Royal Mail 1st class Recorded (signed for) Delivery. This usually takes 1/2 day(s). However, I can't be held responsible for delays caused by the Royal Mail. Other methods are available upon request. Please contact me as soon as possible once your purchase has been made to specify such requests.

International orders are posted Airmail Small Packet which has no tracking abilities but is the cheapest option. If you would prefer the item to be tracked then contact me before payment and I will recalculate the postage for you. The item will be put on Reserve status until payment is completed to ensure you dont miss out on your item.

I am happy to gift wrap any item and send it to any address you wish but it will take a little longer to post depending on your request. All costs for gift wrapping will be invoiced to you separately prior to postage.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds accepted if item is received in an unsatisfactory state, i.e. damaged in the mail.

All items are sold with the intention of you being as informed as possible so if there are any questions you have regarding fit or colour of an item please contact me and I will do my best to answer your question fully.
