Does Verena Vintage accept returns?
*All sales considered final*
I do my best to photograph, describe & measure items as accurately as possible and therefore only offer returns if there is a significant error in the listing. Returns will not occur for improper fit- please check your measurements and ask questions before purchasing as it's important for you to LOVE your purchase!
If a return is accepted, items must be returned unworn with tags attached and shipped in original condition. Contact shop within 5 days of delivery, and ship item back within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for providing tracking info for the returned package. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and will be refunded solely for the item price (excludes original shipping cost)
Will I Have to Pay Customs Fees/Import Taxes?
For non-Canadian buyers, it is common to be charged an import tax on merchandise purchased from overseas. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do about this- it's the buyer's responsibility to take additional charges into account and pay them to receive their item(s).
How will this item fit me?
Take note that vintage sizes will rarely match a modern size. Every listing contains proper measurements for each item and is the most accurate way to determine fit. Please note that all clothing measurements are taken when lying flat and unstretched. Please double these measurements as needed. Additional measurements or clarification can be provided by request, just send me a message!
When will my package arrive?
Orders to the States are shipped through USPS or UPS. Packages should arrive within 5-14 business days after processing, barring any unforeseen circumstances. ***Due to COVID-19 packages to the States may be shipped through Canada Post Small Packets Air Mail***
Domestic orders within Canada are shipped through Canada Post or ChitChats and should arrive within 2-14 business days after processing, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
