Thank you for visiting my shop. I'm very excited to create unique jewelry art for you to wear or give as a gift. I'll do my best to exceed expectations with the quality and beauty of my work as well as my customer service.

Payment
Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase unless you make other arrangements with me. If I do not receive payment in this time, your order will be cancelled and the item(s) re-listed.

I accept direct payment (all major credit cards) and PayPal (credit cards, bank transfer) through Etsy. Both methods are safe and secure.

As a Minnesota-based business, I am required to charge sales tax (7.125%) on sales of jewelry to individuals. If you plan to resell items purchased from me in a physical retail store, or if you purchasing items on behalf of an exempt organization, you must send me a completed MN Certificate of Exemption (Form ST3) prior to completing your purchase in order for me to wave sales tax.
Shipping
I will ship items within 2 business days of purchase (unless my store is on vacation, which will be explicitly stated in my Etsy store front). If you request alterations to an item at the time of purchase, please allow 1-2 additional business days for alterations to be completed.

Domestic Shipping:
Items will be shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail and will, on average, arrive within 2-3 days of shipment.

International Shipping:
Items will be shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail International and will, on average, arrive within 6-14 days of shipment.

I will send your purchased item(s) to the address that is provided via direct purchase or PayPal. Please check to make sure you have provided the correct shipping address before confirming payment.

Upon shipment, I will send a USPS tracking number to you via the e-mail address that you provided at payment.

Expedited Shipping, Insurance, Confirmation & Fees:
Please request expedited shipping, insurance, and/or shipping confirmation prior to or during checkout. You are responsible for fees associated with these services, including additional packaging costs (I will outline those costs in a subsequent invoice). These fees must be paid prior to shipment. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or special taxes that may be incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds:
If you are dissatisfied with your item(s), please contact me within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Upon return receipt of items purchased, I will refund your purchase price, less shipping. After 3 days, all sales are final.

Please contact me before leaving negative feedback. I will do my best to resolve your dissatisfaction, and I am willing to offer item exchange/store credit on a case-by-case basis.

Damage from Shipment:
If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Upon return receipt of items purchased, I will refund your purchase price, including my shipping costs. After 3 days, all sales are final.

Repairs:
While I am unable to offer a warranty on items purchased, I will do my best to support repair needs of jewelry purchased from my shop that suffers damage. Please send me a conversation or an e-mail (vermeardesigns@gmail.com) with a description of the damage (pictures would be useful, as well), and I will work with you on options for repairs.

Item Descriptions
I do my best to describe my pieces honestly and thoroughly. Please read these descriptions carefully, as some metals, fabrics and beads can cause allergic reactions and/or skin irritation.

Earring Findings
When feasible, I am happy to replace pierced earring findings with clip-on or screw-back findings for no additional charge. Please request this alteration prior to or during checkout.

If you would prefer a hypo-allergenic finding, rather what is listed (for example, platinum vs. plate silver), please request this alteration prior to or during checkout. Please note that I will need to charge an additional fee for precious metals.

Custom Orders
I am happy to create custom jewelry for you. Please contact me if you are seeking custom work. Please note that the time it takes to create custom pieces depends on the availability of components, the complexity of the design and the number of pieces you have requested.
