    Working at Home

    I started my art and craft business when my boys were toddlers and have thoroughly enjoyed watching and learning what people want to buy in today's arts and craft market. I try to create and make new things every year to keep up with our changing times.

    I have been designing and painting crafts for 20 years and still pressing on. I sell my products at about 20 art and craft shows a year along with maintaining the web store through Etsy.

    Using my talents for income is both rewarding and such a blessing.

    Welcome to Veronica's Arts!

    Everything is hand made in my Home Studio. I have high standards and make unique products for practical use, for decorating and for fun.

    Accepted payment methods

    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns and exchanges
    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
    I don't accept cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    Returns and exchange details
    I currently do not accept returns, but will review it on a case-by-case basis. Please read the item descriptions carefully and ask me any questions you might have BEFORE you make your purchase. I will gladly replace any item that is faulty* or is not what you originally ordered.
    Please keep in mind that Shipping Fees are never refundable unless the mistake was on my part. If something is not right, email me immediately quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. I will then advise you on how to proceed with the return and item replacement.

    Please note that NO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED. You must notify me and wait for approval and instructions BEFORE shipping an item back to me.

    I accept Paypal and major credit cards processed through Paypal. Sign up with Paypal to make a payment.

    Payments must be received within 3 business days of purchase unless you notify me of a reasonable time to make payment.
    Shipping
    I ship within three days of your payment using USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail. I will notify you when your item is shipped out.
