Payment
We accept payments directly through Etsy as well as through PayPal. Payments must be received within 3 business days. The 10-14 business day processing/production time begins once payment has been received.
Shipping
Our current production time is 10-14 business days. Once your order ships it should arrive within 3-4 business days via USPS Priority days if you are within the US.

Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your order.

We are happy to offer EXPEDITED processing and shipping to our customers. Please contact us PRIOR to ordering and we will take care of it!

We ship USPS. Shipping costs include shipping and handling/packaging.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses used at checkout.

We do NOT refund shipping charges if item is late, lost, or the customer would like to exchange/return.

This shop is also not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged items from shipping. These cases will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If item is broken or lost, customer has the option to file a claim or have the shop owner do so. If customer wishes the shop owner to do so and receive a replacement they will wait until the claim is approved by USPS. Delayed items are not the responsibility of the shop but rather that of the USPS. All items are mailed USPS priority with insurance UP TO $100. If interested in higher insurance amount please contact shop prior to purchasing.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item(s)if there are any issues with your order. We are unable to issue refunds if you contact us after the 3 business day period.

Cancellation policy: orders can be cancelled for a refund but will be charged a 10% cancellation fee as it takes time away from working on orders to do so. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been started.

Refunds will only be issued if we shipped you the wrong item and you are unable to wait for the correct item to be sent. If you receive something that is damaged in shipping please send us a photograph of the damage and we will send you a replacement item ASAP.

Please keep in mind that hand painted items are made to order and due to the nature of handmade items there may be slight variations in the natural imperfections in the wood, distressing marks, and etc. All items are accurately described but if you receive something that is not what you expected please contact us ASAP!

We are not responsible for issues with color choices made by the customer unless you are shipped the entirely wrong color (Example: you ordered yellow and we shipped you pink). If you have questions about a particular color please contact me with questions prior to ordering. We are not responsible for misspellings or wrong information given by customer at time of checkout.

We will not issue refunds on custom orders.

We do not offer refunds for items shipped to incorrect addresses used at checkout.

Refunds will be issued for any item that is defective once we have received the item back and it has been inspected.
