Sewing patterns are shipped via email and kits are shipped by Canada Post regular mail. Everything is shipped within 24 hours of payment. I will send an Etsy convo once the item has been shipped. If there is any special shipping instructions please let me know in the "message to seller" box or convo me.
Returns and exchanges
I will only accept returns on items that were misrepresented in the shop. Please be sure to read listings completely. Pay attention to measurements to make sure that your purchase will fit your needs. Feel free to contact me if you need more information. If you receive an item that was not as listed, I will be happy to issue you a refund if we can’t work out the problem. Please conversation me within 48 hours of receiving and I will give you the OK to ship. Items must be returned within 14 days. Product must be in new and unused condition. I will issue a refund via Paypal only upon receiving the merchandise.
Payment
I accept PayPal! Please note: if the PayPal and Etsy email or regular mailing addresses don't match, I tend to ship to the PayPal address first (I'm guessing that the person who paid is the person who shopped). If you would like your items sent to a different address, don’t fret! Just write the address in the “Notes to Seller” when checking out, or you can click "conversation" to give me a heads up!
Shipping
I ship sewing patterns by email (they're PDF files) and tangible items (ie: kits) by Canada Post (Expedite and Tracking are at an extra cost. If you would like this, please contact me for a revised invoice). I will send you an Etsy Conversation once the package has been shipped. Please be advised that Canada Post shipments within Canada take 3-9 days and Canada to USA shipments take 9-14 days.

I am not responsible for duties or customs surcharges charged at the destination or any packages that are lost or damaged while in transit to a destination. Tracking is $14 Canadian.
