Via Paper Boutique formerly Love by Design Paper

Via Paper Boutique (formerly Love by Design Paper Boutique) is the creative child of Toya and Lamar Hodnett. The Event Planner and Musician both share a love for everything ART and they decided to express it through their designs.

Shortly after high school, the two met while working for small business owners who often did business together. When Toya left the area for school, the two lost touch. Six years later, the two were reunited by social media. They quickly realized that the strong connection they had was heavily influenced by art.

Lamar and Toya spent many nights sharing designs from their portfolios, teaching each other tricks and tips and began to collaborate on design ideas. They decided to bring their talents together and the Love by Design brand was born.

What started as just a digital and print design company has grown into a number of custom gifts including custom invitations, embroidery and handmade gifts.

Toya and Lamar are now married and have three beautiful boys who are already showing their love for art through music, drama and design.

CANCELLATIONS: If you would like to cancel an order prior to production, please send a message via convo and we will gladly issue a refund minus the deposit.

**Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

Since many of our items are created specifically for the client, we are unable to issue a refund once the order has entered the production phase.

All orders require a draft approval Invitations are your guest's first impression of your event. Customers are strongly encouraged to review their draft(s) for spelling and grammatical errors.

Though we wrap each package with care, we understand that damage may occur during transit. If your items are damaged during transit, send us a photo of the damage and we will ship a replacement.

Custom orders are shipped with insurance and reimbursement/replacement will be handled on a case by case basis.

NOTE: Colors vary by computer monitors. We do our best to represent our colors accurately however, we cannot guarantee that the colors will be identical to how they are displayed on your screen. Swatches can be provided by request. No refunds will be issued for color variance.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal payments.
Shipping
Ticket orders typically ship within 3-5 business days after payment has been received. A USPS tracking number will be issued as soon as the order is shipped. Unfortunately we are unable to track international packages once they leave the U.S.

Custom orders typically ship with 3-4 weeks.

For more specific shipping times, please review the individual listings.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer. Please review the shipping address prior to submitting an order.

Our standard method of shipping is USPS First Class postage. First Class shipments within the continental U.S. typically arrive within 3 - 7 business days. Transit time varies based on location. All orders ship from Maryland.

Priority shipping (2-3 days) can be upgraded by choosing the priority shipping listing in our shop.

Express shipping (1-2 days) can be upgraded by choosing the express shipping listing in our shop.

** International arrival time varies based on the destination. International customers may be responsible for applicable custom fees. We are not responsible for any hold up at customs, or postal delays that are beyond our control.
