I bought 90mm poi for a partner's birthday & they somehow got delivered to the wrong place. She was on it and really supported the entire process. She was responsive, sweet and solution oriented. I'm so happy with my entire experience 💜 (besides the poi originally missing. If they come in I'll definitely send them!)

Do you coil your hoops?
As of April 11, 2022 all hoops will be coiled to fit carrier shipping requirements. Max package size 24x24x2” for individual hoops. All hoop orders come with directions and links for tutorials. What kind of connections do you use?
We use polycarbonate inserts, metal rivets, and push button collapsible connectors for our hoops. Not to worry, we do it right (that's why we're the professionals)!
USPS Damage: My package was damaged in shipping, what should I do to get this resolved?
We require photos of the damage and also the packaging for all damage claims. We can file a claim and send a replacement in 1-2 business days, or if the customer prefers, they may choose to file the claim themselves via USPS Claims for a refund, doing so will void all rights to a refund through your initial purchase. We can file a claim for the customer for a refund, but we will require the claim to be fully approved by USPS before processing a refund. Because of this, we recommend that customers who are requesting a refund instead of replacement for any damage via shipping orders that they file the claim themselves for faster turnaround.
UPS Damage: My package was damaged in shipping, what should I do to get this resolved?
We require photos of the damage and also the packaging for all damage claims. The shipper or receiver can initiate a claim on a damaged package, although UPS encourages the shipper to report package problems. If the recipient prefers a replacement order, we can file the claim and send a replacement. Generally, once your claim (including supporting documentation) has been issued, processing takes an average of 10 days. If you would like a replacement, we can send it out as soon as we have the required documentation. If you would prefer a refund at this time we will require waiting until the claim has been fully processed and approved.
Do I have to return the product if it is damaged?
In all cases of damage we require pictures of the damage to assess the extent of the damage and possible causes. In all cases of replacement or refund for damaged items we retain the right to require the item be returned to us before sending a replacement. If the item is damaged then we will cover cost of shipping. (In most cases we do not with smaller items but usually require hoops to be returned if damaged so that we can recycle the material and keep plastic out of landfills.)

Sizing details
There are many styles of hooping, mainly divided between on and off body hooping. To help determine your perfect hoop, try measuring from your heel to to the top of your inner leg. If you don’t have a way to measure, the average height of our customers tends to be 5’2” and the most popular beginner hoop tends to be 32”. We also recommend beginners start with 3/4” thickness for tubing, it’s a wider grip and allows for easier control (it’s also doesn’t tend to hurt as much when you smack yourself in the face.... it’s going to happen).
How do you measure a hoop?
All hoops are measured using Outer Diameter to Outer Diameter. (OD). We believe this is the correct way and only way to measure diameter of an item. Also, the dress is blue.
Where’s my package? USPS
If your package late, please send us a message or email us at contact@vibranthoops.com we will file an inquiry on the package. This gets USPS to respond and get things moving.
USPS will not approve claims for packages in transit for less than 15 days as a lost package. Although USPS may take up to 60 days to respond, we will send a replacement 5 business days after filing the claim if the package has not been delivered to ensure reasonable delivery times. If the customer wishes for a faster refund option, we recommend directly filing the claim with USPS as the recipient, doing so will void any rights to a refund or replacement through the order, but it means that the funds go directly to you rather than waiting for us to process it too.
Where’s my package? UPS
If your package was shipped with UPS and has not arrived by it’s estimated delivery date, please send us a message or email us at contact@vibranthoops.com for assistance. We can file a claim on a package if it has not been delivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. Before filing a claim, be sure you’ve checked all exterior doors and other locations where the package could be placed, including the porch, back patio, garage, and any area out of potential weather hazards. You should also check with anyone who might have retrieved the package. If you’re still unable to locate the package, the sender or the intended receiver can initiate a claim.
