Returns and exchanges
We make every effort to capture photos in natural light to accurately depict products. Colours can differ from monitor to monitor, so we suggest viewing items from various computers in order to determine color. Item descriptions detail a product's size and other relevant characteristics - please read carefully before completing your purchase.
Your complete satisfaction with all our items is guaranteed. We gladly issue refunds or exchanges at any time and simply request that item(s) be returned with a copy of the purchase invoice. NOTE: The buyer is responsible for return postage fees.
We expect payment within three (3) days of purchase; however, if you would like to purchase an item but cannot make payment within this time, please contact us to make special arrangements. NOTE: Items will not ship until payment is received. If payment is not received within one (1) week of purchase, your transaction will be cancelled.
Items are securely packaged in appropriate packaging material so that they arrive safely. All purchases will ship via Canada Post or Fedex ground services. Delivery takes on average 1 - 7 days for delivery within Canada and 1 - 4 weeks for international deliveries. If you would like to upgrade shipping for quicker delivery, please contact us before making payment so that we can discuss options and prices.
NOTE: We strongly encourage purchasing insurance as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Please contact us before making payment to inquire about insurance.
Do ensure that the address entered during Check-out is where you intend your item(s) to be mailed. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for the fulfillment and shipping of your purchase. The status of your order is recorded under the "Purchases" section of "Your Account".
