Hello and welcome! My name is Vicki and I’m the owner and creator here at Vicki Elle.

Vicki Elle is an online boutique, based in Brisbane, Australia, specialising in handmade accessories for babies and children. My goal is to create beautiful, useful products that bring joy to others. If you’re looking for the perfect gift for someone special, perhaps a new mum or birthday girl, or maybe a treat for yourself, you’ve come to the right place.

Each and every product has been individually created (by me) using quality components and finished to a high standard. I take great care to ensure you’ll be happy with your purchase. I’ve been sewing off and on for over 30 years, so you can be confident you’re buying a refined and well-made piece.

Shipping - Additional Information

All shipping is with Australia Post

Within Australia

Most items are shipped as a "Priority Large Letter" which does not include tracking. If you would like tracking, please select the Signed Delivery option during checkout.

Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days depending on the delivery option.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe please contact me.

I am not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Vicki Elle.


All items are shipped via Economy Air which does not include tracking.

Depending on your location delivery may take up to four weeks.

Returns - Additional Information within Australia

Vicki Elle handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. (Refer to additional information on Refunds and Exchanges below.)

Should you wish to return your order, please notify me within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return.

If I am unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, I will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment.

All refunds are made at the discretion of Vicki Elle.

Refunds and Exchanges - Additional Information within Australia

I am not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what I said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and I will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, I will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase — e.g. your receipt.

Cancellations - Additional Information

Occasionally your purchase may be posted within hours of ordering so if you require a cancellation it's best to do so within 4 hours of your purchase.
