I make these buttons/pins because I love making others happy, especially fellow geeks :)

Returns and exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

If your order is not received within three to four weeks, please let me know.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges will be handled depending on the situation and will be accepted in certain circumstances.

Payment

Payment must be received within 48 hours of purchase. If there are any issues with the payment process, please contact me as soon as possible. Otherwise, orders will be canceled if payment is not received.

WITH REGARDS TO CUSTOM ORDERS:
Please message me through Etsy before making a purchase for any custom listings.

Shipping

Orders are completed within 2-5 days and then shipped via USPS First-Class mail. Orders are shipped in bubble mailers or boxes for bulk orders. I am able to go to the post office about three times a week. You will receive a shipment notification via email once your order is shipped.

USPS First-Class mail typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive (up to two weeks), while International First-Class mail usually takes 1-3 weeks, depending on your country and customs. I'm sorry, but tracking information will not be provided for International orders.

I only ship to the address provided through PayPal so please check that both your Etsy and PayPal address are the same. If you want to have an order delivered to a friend's address, for example, please update the shipping address in PayPal and Etsy to avoid shipping delays.

Pinback buttons are 1.25" in diameter and are hand-pressed. Any button design can be made into a magnet for an additional 50 cents per magnet. :)
