I will putting my Etsy shop on hold beginning 09/01/2022, so that I can focus on preparations for selling in-person at DFW FiberFest 09/22-09/25. If you plan to attend, I’d love for to find me in the Vendor Hall :) My online shop will resume sales once I return home ~09/27.

What are the backs like on the layered charms?
While the charms begin their existence as shank buttons, I take great care to ensure the backs are flat and smooth. I even smooth out mold lines created during the manufacturing process. I then use screw eyes or small bails to make them hangable.
Wholesale availability
I’m happy to discuss wholesale orders and collaborations.
What if my package is lost in the mail or returned to you?
I will do everything I can to help you work with USPS to find your package, but cannot be held responsible for, or be expected to replace, or issue refunds for orders that are lost in the mail. I recommend paying for the Priority Mail upgrade. This option automatically insures up to $100 in merchandise.
If your package is returned to me as undeliverable I will issue a complete refund of the merchandise costs, but cannot refund shipping costs.

Does First Class Mail include insurance?
No. However, Insurance can be added to your Etsy order when choosing the Standard Shipping option in my shop. I have added an upgrade option that will cover the cost of shipping and your merchandise in the event that it is lost in the mail. Simply select the "Insurance" option in the shipping section.
