Items will ship within 5 working days of receiving your order, unless otherwise stated in the items description.

NZ orders will be shipped via courier. Please check your email for your parcels tracking number once it has been shipped. Your package will arrive 2-3 days after you receive this email.

International orders will be sent via the NZ Post - International Air service. You can expect your package approx 5-10 working days after your parcel has been shipped. Keep in mind that this is a guide, there is no way to guarantee when items will arrive and will more than likely take longer than this over holiday periods. There is also the possibility your package may get held up in customs and that shipping might take longer than you expect.

Mylarke is not responsible for any additional duties charged to you by your country.

International postage items will have a customs form attached showing price and a brief item description, something to keep in mind if you are sending an item as a gift.
Refunds and Exchanges

Purchases may be exchanged or refunded if unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Unfortunately we are not able to reimburse any shipping costs.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact Mylarke of your intention to exchange/return within 3 days.

Many items in the Mylarke shop are limited quantity, and therefore exchange may not always be possible, in which case you will receive store credit or a refund. Credit or refund will only be processed on return and acceptance of the returned item. We are not responsible for lost packages of returned items, so a traceable shipping option is highly recommended.
