My Victorian Machines are crafted to the highest standards. However, if for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, I will gladly accept returns within (14) days of your receipt. Please contact me if you are returning an item.

Item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. Returned shipping must be paid by buyer and I recommend insurance. Upon receipt of item, per terms above, a refund minus original shipping will be issued to your Paypal account or an exchange can be made, your choice.

Payment is accepted via Paypal. Credit card and debit card payments are accepted through Paypal. E-check payments are accepted and must clear before your item(s) will ship.

Item(s) will be shipped to your "confirmed" Paypal address, so please make sure it is correct. Thanks.

US shipping charges are as stated in each listing, and shipments will be made via Priority Mail mail with Delivery Confirmation unless a faster method is paid for. I normally ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment and will e-mail you the tracking number for your package. If for some unusual circumstance there is any delay in shipment, I will notify you immediately and let you know when your package will be shipped.

Non-US shipments will be made via First Class International mail unless a faster method is paid for. Please contact me for exact shipping charges for your particular country and the item that you are interested in. I normally ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment and will e-mail you the package data. If there is any delay in shipment, I will notify you and let you know when your package will be shipped. Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT Included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. Also, we cannot under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
