Victorian Wardrobe sells sewing items new and vintage; costumes; and vintage items of all sorts. I love sewing and making costumes. I have lots of sewing items to sell like grommet eyelet tape in several styles, fabric, vintage patterns, buttons, lace, trims, thread, and vintage clothing, some of which is authentic Victorian era. I also occasionally make baby ensembles or Christening dresses, fancy petticoats, garment bags for 18 inch dolls, Victorian costumes, and whatever else interests me. I love vintage patterns and love to help them find a new home! Watch for me to post new items; I am still digging through boxes!
Shipping: I try to get shipping charges as close as possible. I refund shipping overages if the shipping is too high. My patterns, postcards, and a few other items are FREE Shipping. Also, if you order $35 worth, shipping is free.
Patterns: I check all patterns for completeness. Although I rarely list a pattern that is missing a piece, I will note so in listing.
Vintage: My items include purses; hats; books; sewing items; linens like afghans, aprons, tablecloths, napkins, tea towels, curtains, dolls, doll clothes, and quilts; vintage clothing from Victorian era to 1990s; hat pins; gloves; buttons; lace; scarves; fabric; patterns; wedding dresses; rotary dial telephones; manual typewriters; glassware; vintage cosmetics like perfume and makeup; and much more.

I Love All Things Sewing & Vintage!
I started my shop because I have so much fabric and sewing items to sell.
I also love vintage and work at an auction Friday nights, so I find lots of vintage linens and clothing there to put in my shop.
Etsy has become my passion and my obsession. It is becoming my retirement also. I love working on my shop and spend hours every day doing just that!

I also love vintage stuff. You will find a broad variety of my finds. I especially like vintage linens, sewing items, clothing, gloves, and advertising.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
Refund within 14 days (except Vintage Clothing--see below) after you receive the item if you just don't like it or you didn't read the description.* Refunds will be issued upon receiving the item back, no later than 14 days. There are a few items in my shop that are NON returnable.
BUYER PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING UNLESS ITEM WAS NOT DESCRIBED CORRECTLY.
There may be a 10% restocking fee for items that are cut like fabric, ribbon, trim, etc.
Cancellation of order must be made within 1 hour of purchasing.
If you need to return because description is inaccurate, I will refund all money with no restocking fee.
*If you are going to return VINTAGE clothing or accessories, it must be returned immediately (next business day after you receive it). It must be returned in same condition received with NO deodorant or perfume marks or smells.
Payment
Please pay by credit card through Etsy with Direct Checkout or pay with Paypal.
If you can't pay within 24 hours, please contact me.
Shipping
I ship international! However, buyer is responsible for paying any associated duty or customs fees.
I try to get the shipping costs as close as possible--a difficult task. I REFUND shipping overages if over $1 after I round up.
I ship to other countries. However, I cannot do Express international shipping because there is no way to guarantee how quickly a package moves through customs.
CUSTOMS, VAT, & Other Fees: I have no way of knowing what custom fees, VAT, or other fee you may have to pay in your country. Please be prepared for this. I also cannot guarantee how fast something moves through customs, so also be prepared for this.
Refusal of Pick Up and Incorrect Addresses: If you do not pick up an item from the post office and it is returned to me (US or international), you will be refunded the product price but NO shipping. Also, if you supply me with an incorrect address and the package comes back to me, you will have to pay the shipping again to get it shipped again. If you decline the re-shipping, you will be refunded the product price but not the original shipping.
