5 out of 5 starsIt’s beautiful! It was def worth the wait. The packaging was nice so there wasn’t any damage. Everything was as expected. We installed it ourselves and it took almost an entire day but that’s bc we had to run wires through our attic and down a wall and make a nice looking electrical box. The only thing I’d point out is that your vent ductwork may be a different size than this vent ductwork so we had to make/engineer a duct reducer (which then required a lot of duct tape). But we are SO happy with the end result!!!

5 out of 5 starsI searched for a long time trying to find the right hood, victorys services were amazing with the hood looking beautiful, we miss placed the knob for the fan they were able to send me another switch and were super helpful. Their company is from Canada- so please don’t expect it to arrive next week it took about a month to get it and so worth the time! Thank You victory

5 out of 5 starsI did use customer service, it was amazing during construction we lost the switch and had to get a new one. They were amazing. Took a bit for the hood ( we are in New Mexico company is in Canada) but we’ll worth it granite installs this week and will take a photo :)

5 out of 5 starsWe finally got our Victory Sunset Flushed Ceiling Vent installed. We got compliments from friends and neighbors. One of our neighbors were taking pictures of it and we shared him the link. People are very surprised and impressed to see a flushed vent hood. The fans noise level are less than the other products that have the same CFM level because it is high up in the ceiling in my opinion. It is beautiful and works great! I highly recommend this product. The packaging were superb. No damages whatsoever. The only problem that we encountered is that it didn’t come with the three aluminum filters. I messaged the seller and they sent me the replacement filters as fast as they could. Thank you Etsy and Victory Hood ✌️
