Returns and exchanges

If you are not happy with one of our items, we are very sorry. Each situation is different, so we can't always guarantee a refund, but please let me know why you are unhappy and we will try our best to work with you.

Payment

Generally speaking, we only accept PayPal payments. If this does not work for you, contact me FIRST, and we can work out another payment option for you. (i.e. cash or check)

Payment is required BEFORE we ship your item.

Shipping

We generally ship our items within one to three shipping days, so you can expect a speedy delivery!
If you are in a hurry and need to upgrade to priority shipping, please let me know, and I will send you a revised invoice.

Additional policies and FAQs

We are open to custom orders, but keep in mind that they will take a little bit of time to make. Feel free to browse through our sold items to see what we have made in the past. This may give you more of an idea of what we are capable of making for you. Convo me with the details of the custom item you have in mind, and I will let you know if we can make it for you, as well as how long it will take, and an estimate price. You will not have to pay for your custom item until we have made it and it is ready to ship.
